Refund and Returns Policy
Terms & Conditions:
. 20% Deposit to secure booking
. Full payment 30- 40 Days before arrival date.
. Last minute booking full payment required after booking confirmation.
. We would highly appreciate a copy of the swift transfer as proof of payment.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Refund and Returns Policy
: 20% of the total cost of the trip if you cancel more than 60 days before arrival date.
: 50% of the total cost of the trip if you cancel 31 – 60 days before arrival date, 
: 75% of the total cost of the trip if you cancel 15 – 30 days before arrival date.
: 100% of the total cost of the trip if you cancel 1 – 14 days before your arrival date.
Note: Before you decide to cancel your trip, we would love to give alternative plans or
credit note for future use of the money deposited to us . If not comfortable with the credit note option ,
we would offer a refund according to the above schedule.
